Novyanna Bajracharya
FOUNDER and CEO
I’m Novyanna Bajracharya, a current sophomore in high school in Washington state! With RAIN, my goal is to make students proficient in research projects. Whether this is through team work, finding sources, or creating online videos, students from any school should have the opportunity to complete the RAIN course equipped with skills to succeed.

Meha Shrestha
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
My name is Meha, and I’m a current sophomore in high school, excited to be a member of RAIN! Through RAIN, I hope to create a space where children are encouraged to learn and grow. I am a firm believer of the importance of good education and strive to bring access to it everywhere in the world.
Outside of RAIN, I’m an avid cross country and track athlete. I’m also a part of my school’s Science Olympiad with my speciality of being in Entomology (the study of insects!)

Anastasiya Netchaeva
PROJECT DIRECTOR
My name is Anastasiya and I am 16 years old. I love playing piano, running, art and biology. My goals for this initiative is to create a thought out, attention grabbing and hands on educational plan - making students, wherever they are, fall in love with learning.
-
Chinmayi Buddhavarapu
OUTREACH LEAD
Hi! I am Chinmayi, a 16-year-old who’s always learned best through hands-on, project-based experiences. That’s why I’m excited about the RAIN initiative—it’s a chance to share that learning style with younger students in a creative, engaging way. I love teaching, especially when it involves breaking down big ideas. Outside of school, I play the violin, learn and teach Sanskrit for K-7, and study Carnatic music. Through these experiences, I’ve built creativity, communication skills, and the patience to guide others—and I’m excited to bring that same energy and dedication to RAIN.

With the support from RAIN and the right mindset I believe that anyone can grow and succeed.
